It is sad to see that eBay.com continues to use there very poor Customer Service approach.
By treating their customers as if they are unimportant, they will eventually kill eBay itself.
They arbitrarily remove customers listings, their feedback, and even their accounts, all without any warning. And then do not provide any reasonable way of responding to these actions.
It is as though they think that they are too big and powerful to consider any individual.
What they don't understand is that the reason people use the system is not for eBay itself , but it is because of the large number of items put up there for sale by customers.
If any other Internet Auction and For Sale system was set up that had similar numbers of customers using it, and treated there customers in a reasonable manner, then eBay would be either forced to close or to drastically change their poor system for "Customer Service".
But they know that this is not likely to happen for a long time so they see no need to improve. At present anything that they do is only for the benefit of the eBay owners.
I note that their is a group of people trying to set up a class action case to against eBay because of the effects that eBay's unilateral actions have taken on their lives and business. I wish them luck but doubt that the eBay management will take any notice.
Management at eBay.com, there is a real world out there, with a set of strong business and moral codes that show how customers should be treated. You need to go and find them.
